Products and Services we offer include but not limited to, QR-Code/Data Matrix (GS1), ID Tags, Nameplates, Labels and MIL-130N Labeling, Industrial Charts, Plaques, Edge-Lit Signage, Part Marking, 2D Lean Manufacturing, Surface Cleaning & Structuring (Ablative Coating Removal e.g. Rust, Paint, Contaminants) and Thin Film Growth (Color Marking) applications. As well as Marking services of Carbonizing, Etching, Engraving, Dark Marking, Frothing/Foaming and Material Processing.
*Thin Film Growth applications are applicable on Titanium, and Stainless Steels at this time. Please inquire.

*Please note, BCL only uses Industry approved laser marking compounds and materials (DAFARS if required). We do not cut corners by using cheaper materials or non-permanent marking compounds like "Moly Lube" (a cheap alternative anyone can purchase at your nearest auto parts store) which is not approved for use by Aerospace & Defense. We use the only laser marking compound that is acceptable by the FDA and Aerospace & Defense Industries. However, if the marking compound is a concern and not acceptable due to your industry standards, then the marking compound can be eliminated by using the Dark Mark technique.
